Established in March 2005, and located on the first floor of the historic Trust Company Building in downtown Sanford. Town Square Realty Group is owned and operated by lifelong Sanford, Maine residents Ann & James Lapierre and Steve Cabana. Being a part of this community all our lives, we began this endeavor with two simple goals in mind. First and foremost, to incorporate the values we were raised with - BE RESPECTFUL, BE FAIR, & BE HONEST. Our second goal is to promote community, through volunteerism & support of activities. Sanford/Springvale, as well as the surrounding communities, are growing with many opportunities for all on the horizon.
